APIs

米多客开放 APIs 提供工作台对话、客户、留言、素材等资源的查询与操作能力，适用于企业自有系统对接、数据同步、消息自动回复等场景。

使用前提：本接口面向具备后端开发能力的技术人员。调用前需在「设置中心 - 开发者 - APIs」中获取 APPID 和密钥 secret，后续调用以下 APIs 时都需要使用。

鉴权说明

所有 API 请求的 Header 需要带上以下参数：

获取单个会话

通过 HTTP Post 方式请求 /api/open/getsession。

获取单个客户

通过 HTTP Post 方式请求 /api/open/getcustomer。

回复消息

通过 HTTP Post 方式请求 /api/open/replymsg。

请求参数

错误码说明

error_code 参数值 说明
error_code 1001 参数不合法。一般为 accountid、appid、secret、visitorid、sessionid、content 有为空的情况
error_code 1002 服务器错误，请联系管理员
error_code 1003 账号过期
error_code 1004 账号无效
error_code 1027 appid 有误
error_code 1049 secret 有误
error_code 1042 请求接口达到频控限制，默认为 30 次/分
error_code 1012 会话不存在，请查看对话列表里面是否有对话
error_code 1016 发送图片大小超过 2M
error_code 1019 会话状态不在对话中

获取留言会话（翻页查询）

通过 HTTP Post 方式请求 /api/open/getleavesessions。

留言消息模型
